The cigarette lighter keeps blowing the fuse. The only thing plugged is in my car charger. Any suggestions? And is this fuse in the fuse box located under the glove box? I am tired of paying the dealer to replace it.

 

Fuse box is located under the glove box. It's a 20 amp fuse. If it keeps blowing, there is a problem with the phone charger.
