Default Journey 2013 I don't know if mine is SE or SXT, can I install 16 inches rims over it?

Please help me guys.
I have Dodge Journey 2013, but I really don't know if it is SE or SXT, I have 17" tires already mounted over it with 225/65 tires.
Can I install 16 inches rims over it?
And which tire size.
Please help me, I tried to google it but I'm really confused.

UPDATE:
Was able to find that I have the SE model, but still can't get that info, can I install 16 inch rims over it?

No. 16” wheels won’t clear the front calipers.

The trim package designation (SE, SXT, RT) is an emblem on the rear of the vehicle.

Thanks a lot really for your help.
Mine doesn't have an emblem, but I checked using the VIN as well as the car documents.
Again, thanks a lot my friend.
