Default Typical shift rpms?

My mother has a 2010 Dodge journey, 3.8ishL, she say's she thinks the trannys acting up. So I was wondering what rpms should it typically shift at? Hers gets up to 2000-2500rpms between shifts.

All depends on throttle position while driving. If you are flooring it, it will hold gears longer. And it's a 3.6L.

That’s comparing apples to oranges. Those shift points are completely normal.
