2009 Journey SXT multiple error codes

2009 Journey SXT multiple error codes
2009 Journey SXT 3.5L
Vehicle has 184,000 miles on it. Up until now, only very minor issues. Couple weeks ago, went to start the car, every idiot light is lit up, no odometer, no fuel level, no turn signals, wipers won't shut off, driver and passenger windows non responsive from driver side, passenger window rolls from that controller. Has a hard drain on the 4 month old battery. Radio works. Replaced TIPM, still had issues. Thieves at the dealership said it needed flashing. they claim the programming took, everything still not working. Replaced the master window controller, harness shows no signs of failure. I don't want to keep throwing parts at this. The dealership is useless to help, as they want an arm, leg and my first born to "diagnose" it again. Codes it threw after reprogramming - u1415 u1414 b222a b223o b2100 c2206 u1417 u1418 u1412 b2204 u0010 b222c b210d. Pulled the wiper fuse, car runs, shifts, cooling fans come on.
