Angry 2013 Journey - UConnect/Bluetooth HELP!!!!!

Hey all...PLEASE HELP!!! I listen to music through my phone every time I'm in it. I've never had one issue with the vehicle. Last evening, I noticed my phone didn't connect as usual and obviously the phone would not connect/pair.

I've tried deleting all devices on the radio (most don't give me the option to remove when I try to do so). I've deleted Uconnect from my phone. When I try to 'add a new device' it either says, "Bluetooth Pairing not Successful" OR it just searches for a phone to connect to and never shows up on my phone.

This is beyond frustrating. Please help any way you can! MUCH APPRECIATED IN ADVANCE!!!

Hello donkeylarry,

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble. Have you performed a soft reset? Put the vehicle into the accessories mode (ACC or RUN). Hold down the phone and the vehicle recognition buttons at the same time for thirty seconds. Let go of the buttons, turn the vehicle off, and open driver's side door for thirty seconds. Close the door and restart the vehicle. Let the media center load up and see if concern is still present. If you're still having trouble, please send me a direct message so I can get this over to a Uconnect Case Specialist.

Jasmine- I have this issue all of the time. It doesn't matter the phone or device.
I have uconnect radio 4.3

We drive alot and this is getting horribly worse. Is there a way to update the software without going to the dealership?

Default Issues with Uconnect/Bluetooth

Hello,
I put the vehicle into the accessories mode (ACC or RUN). Hold down the phone and the vehicle recognition buttons at the same time for thirty seconds. Let go of the buttons, turn the vehicle off, and open driver's side door for thirty seconds. Close the door and restart the vehicle. Let the media center load up but nothing happened. This issue it's been liked this since a bough it brand new. The dealership said nothing was wrong with it untill the warranty ran out and wanted to charge me $480. I need help please.
