i own a 2010 dodge journey the horn goes off when every it feels like it. i have had it at the dealership so many times do to the issue and was told they could do a thing unless it was doing it when they had it. they kept it for two weeks and never let us know anything. we had it go off in the middle of the night last night 9/8/2018 took fuses out. only thing i was told it was made in mexico so you get what you deserve. any help with this. james
