Have you taken it in for diagnosis?

I have the same issue, haven't taken it in but I have checked every actuator, they all move completely. I have changed the thermostat and back flushed the core at the firewall. I think the only thing to do here is to get the heater core swapped.

I have also checked all actuators. I think mine only has 2 I did change heater core, but the problem came back, just dont remember how long it took. Both tubes on my heater core are very hot. I have a hard time believing it is clogged. I may have to try heater core again.

No, i never figured mine out. I took a few ducts off and used an inspection camera and the blend doors seem to be working. A local shop thinks its heater core, but they want $950 to change it. I already changed it, cut the tubes inside the cabin. I dont know what else to do. If it isnt better this winter, gonna trade it in come spring time.
