Hi, I am new to this forum and looking for some help with my 2012 Dodge Journey. I've had nothing but issues since I purchased it new off the lot. My main problem is the Bluetooth. I can connect it and play music no problem. However it wont detect my voice when I make calls. I can dial out with no problem, however I don't hear it dial out and when I connects on other end they cant hear anything nor can I hear them. Any suggestions? I wondering if its the rear view mirror as I know the microphone is located there. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
