'12 Journey .R&R battery. Hope im in right place. Mommas Journey sat many months. Dead battery. I know where & how to R&R it. BUT its gonna probably throw a code. Whats the details ? Or is it simple enough to jusy replace it & no memory loss, ect. THANKS

 

The last time I replaced a battery and had problems, it was because the power windows had a memory. I had to reprogram them but otherwise, if you are careful, it should fire right up unless there are other problems. Just remember to disconnect the negative cable first and reattach it last. Oh, and if you have a metal watch band, take it off. Don't ask me how I know that.

I buy cheap watches. It's just that shorting a metal band on your skin to a battery direct hot wire is instant second or third degree burn.. Those puppies HURT!!!
