I have a 2018 Dodge Journey that has actually treated us pretty well. When we bought it, it had a 2nd key that we never used. Well tried it today and it was not programmed to the vehicle. Is there a way I can program the key FOB? The dealership is refusing to help me and not returning my calls.

Is this something I can do on my own, or will this take a visit to a tech?
