2014 Dodge Journey Bluetooth and VR not working

I have a 2014 Dodge Journey that is not connecting to Bluetooth. I have tried to reset it with no luck.

1) I have done the vol and tune buttons at the same time.
2) Disconnected my car battery for 20 mins.

I have tried all 3 of these and nothing works.
