Hi all i have a 2012 dodge journey rt we've had it now for just over a year and now we are getting less and less kms out of a tank we are down to 200ish kms out of a tank around town any ideas on why or what would be causing it to happen

 

When is the last time it had a tune up? How many miles on it? Still on the original O2 sensors?

it was serviced about 6 months ago, it has around 130000kms on the clock and we've only had it for just over a year so im not to sure about the o2 sensor
