Default P0305 and p0205

I have a 2014 dodge journey that threw a p0205 and p0305 code. Did the research and ended up replacing the spark plugs, the cylinder 5 coil over, and the cylinder 5 injector. And it ended up doing very well for the last month or 2. By the way it also had the p0073 i beleave is what it was code for the ambient air temp sensor. But a month or 2 later I fell the car running rough and decide to throw the code reader on and saw the p0205 and p0305 codes again. So I go out and move the cylinder 5 plug to cylinder 1 spot, move cylinder 5 coil to the cylinder 3 spot, and also move the cylinder 5 injector to the cylinder 6 spot. And took the car out for a drive and then checked codes again and they came back again. So now I'm coming here to all you to please help me figure out what my next step will be or should be. Really hoping that it's not a bad pcm. Please reach out and help a man out that don't have a lot of money and trying support a family of 5.
