2013 dodge journey having pulley bearing sounds and I've changed the idler pulleys and tensioner pulley and components sound good scoped wise anyone have any ideas what it might be ?

 

Water pump? Alternator?

 

Hi I remember having a similar issue with a weird noise appearing every few days in my 2011 dodge journey, sometimes with a message "battery in safe mode". Turned out to be the clutch in the alternator's pulley. Relatively unexpensive here in Chile but a real headache to diagnose. I had changed the tensioner and belt because of this. Will the noise go away at 2000 rpm?
