Exclamation Thermostat

Hello,
I'm new to the forum. I have a 2015 Dodge journey sxt v6 3.6l flex fuel. Only have the car 6 months.
I have code P0128 - engine coolant temperature is below the thermostat regulating temperature. Any one have an insight to this and what I need to do. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you

The temp stamped on thermostat is what it should be close to. What does analog gauge needle position compare to the cluster exact number. Analogue usually is in middle when up to temp which is about 203 F. There is a coolant temperature sender worth about $15 that sends the electrical signal to the dash cluster reading. This is the V6 part in the pic. Can use multi meter to check.
