noise from rear wheel well

The rear fender liners in my 2005 Magnum RT seem loose and make noise when I hit a bump in the road. Has anyone experienced this is there an easy fix?

Drop down and take a look at the rear inner fender, you may be missing a fastener. I had to replace a couple that popped out on the front as well.
