nice shot, but I can't see from that angle if they collect at a y pipe and then split again later on or if it's truly 2 pipes all the way back. Got another angle?

no, that's the only angle I have picture wise, but i've looked under my car, it doesn't go into a Y then split again later, both pipes go into the huge suitcase size muffler and then back out to the resonators at the back, the suitcase muffler is 2 pipes in and 2 out.

edit: found this diagram of the magnum/300 hemi exaust system

Dude! Do you have a TIS/ETK (BMW names for the parts/repair manuals on disks) set of disks or something? Are the parts for the exhaust the same for the rwd and awd rt's? Please say you know and will share the info....this would take a load off...somehow I doubt they are, but if you could set me straight...that would be pretty damn sweet...thanks!

no, I don't actualy have the parts/repair manual, I just got those pictures from the http://www.dodgemagnum.net forum, I doubt the exaust systems are different between the AWD and RWD, I can't see any reason for them to be, but don't actualy know for certain.

Great find! THanks so much for posting that picture! It helps me out a bit... whew... I was hoping there would be no need to change the PCM and wiring harness to go to true dual... it already is!!

Thanks again!

It's dual, but not separated.

There's an x-pipe in there and a two into one into two "suitcase" muffler in the middle.
