Default Strange metallic noise?

06 Magnum RT, just moved to Boulder, Colorado. As soon as it gets cold outside (40 50degrees), I hear a almost metal on metal noise when going over a bump. As soon as it warms up - 65 - 75 degrees outside , no more noise. I am assuming it must be a rubber bushing, the cold consticts it and the heat expands it? Does anyone have any idea which bushings I should start with?

Depends on where the noise is coming from. have heard of 2 possibilities, the hood is slightly mis-aligned and needs a minor adjustment or there is a bushing in the front end or on one of the tie rods that is worn. There was a bad batch in the 05 and 06's. I bought my 06 R/T AWD 1 month ago and the dealer replaced one of the tie rods, no questions asked. Good -Luck

Problem found...Upper plate on the strut/shock. Left and right both shot.
