Rear fog ligts
The Chrysler 300C station wagon prototype has what must obvioulsy be fog lights in the rear bumper - anybody know what happened to ours - or am I just too used to driving in Germany?
Domestic cars are not allowed to have rear fog lights, they would confuse us dumb Americans and we would think someone was in reverse. Sorry. You could buy a rear facia and lamps for an export car but the FCM won't allow their use so you would need to a manual toggle.
ACTUALLY several imports have "FOG LIGHTS" on the rear. Audi, Mercedes,Volvo and the Oldsmobile Intrigue had them while they were in production. The only concern would be that people might think you are driving with your brakes on not driving with your reverse lights on as the "fog light or lights" are red. One trick you can do but becareful of wataage draw so you don't melt your socket is change one or both tail lights to a higher output.

True rear fog lights are white, we use them on the export 300's as well as the Magnum. In the US the only lamps allowed to white from the rear are reverse lamps.
