Easy way to figure what your pressure should be.. LOOK ON THE TIRE!! Max tire pressure is labeled for max load. If you're not running a max weight in your car, just back it down 2 - 3 PSI from the max PSI and you should be fine. My tires call for a Max of 50 under full load and since I'm always either by myself or just with my wife, I normally run 45 PSI. Makes for a much stiffer ride but it DOES make a difference in MPG and handling. See the attached photo for example

I don't know that I'd go that far Ski, remember that tire was not made for that car, it fits many different wheels. We use some 8-plys on our trucks that have a max payload WAY under max load of the tire. They rate the tire at 80PSI but that would ride like a brick in a 3/4 ton. Find a happy medium, your tires will tell you if they are under or over, just watch the tread wear. Unless you auto-x the tires should wear dead aven across the tread face.

Agreed though, you should always run as much air pressure as you can.

Gotcha Dodgemech. I guess I misled a little. I run that close to max since I DO have a little extra weight in my car (amps, electronics, speaker boxes, etc) that add about an extra 300lbs to the car (right over the rear end I might add so it puts my Mag at about a 50/50 wieght balance), plus my Eibachs, so I want best footprint on the road as possible, as little sidewall roll as I can get, to heck with worring about a soft ride. Just like the Magnums are called by DC, a Sport Tourer, not like the 300C, a Luxury Sedan.

" I worked for Firestone for 5 years and Goodyear for 6 before spending the last decade as a DCX journeyman. I might be qualified to tire advise. "

What tire pressure would you suggest for my 265/35WR22 Scorpion Zero Asimmetrico tires on 22x9.5 rims?? They are Load Range 102W.
