Bigest tire and wheel Combo
Just in case anyone is wondering what the largest wheel and tire combo you can stick on an R/T, I think I have it. We just got this new Magnum with these wheels and tires on it. I was playing around today looking at it, and the front wheels have about 1/2" clearance to the upper steering rod.
I will snap a picture of it tomorrow but here is a picture of the wheels and tires and the car.

u'r not the only one with the photo prob. 265/35/22 is not the largest. that is the recommended. i know for a fact that the rear tires can be wider than 9.5"s. i'm not sure of the tire size, but i've seen it done. i've also seen it wider in the front, but i think 9.5"s fits the front perfect.
265/35/22 on 9.5" wheels is what I'm running. The 9.5 wheel fits all of the way around with no rubbing and no "hang out" in the rear.

Bill,
Is your magnum lowered? If not, do you think you'ld get some rubbing if you were 1.4" lower than you are now with the tire size you're running?

The ride is actually decent. I mean, we just got rid of an F250 diesel that made you pee blood after 100 miles. It looks bad as hell!
What I meant about the tire size is actually the height of the tire/wheel combo. You can probably go wider but not any taller. The tires and wheel combo make it very close on the front end. The picture that I posted just showed the tire size. I will try and get a picture of the clearance problem tomorrow. Sorry about the problem with the picture.
