I just finished an oil change on the SXT. I was doing a visual on the bottom of the chassis and noticed that all the mounting points(except the left hanger bracket) is there for a dual setup like on the RTs. Has any of the RT owners looked under the car? I was wondering if it is a true dual setup. On the SXT, 2 pipes feed with a Y connector into the muffler. Does the RT have a dual in/dual out muffler, or is there a "H" pipe? I remember a post about an SXT owner that had a dual system put on, but I'm too lazy to look through all the old posts.

Thanks. Your ride is a SXT too right. How much louder is it, esp interior? Flowmaster 40's? Was it a kit or made up by an exhaust shop. Sorry for so many ?'s

 

Done by a shop but I did the driver's side cut out for the exhaust, 40s, very loud, that's why I put on the shorty glasspack resonators. Now it sounds about like my old Dart 318!
