Turns out all my tie rods, susp, and rotors are fine, I jus put brand new Hoyo H3 22"s and tires on my ride when it started, had everything inspected and turns out my "brand new" tires have a few flat spots. So.... I will be putting a new pair on soon... but now I know if that problem ever persists otherwise, tires may be another option to look at too.. so thanks for all the help when I was asking...
