Well I went to the dealer to get a SXT, ended up with a Hemi. After driving the Hemi, I figured that I "needed" the Hemi. Yeah, the mileage is worse, but alot better than my Jeep. Now I have 2 toys! (ok 1 toy, the Hemi comes next week). I can't wait....

Excellent choice! When I initially went to my dealer, he said, "Here, drive this SXT. It has a really peppy V6, and you probably don't need the extra power of the Hemi anyway." Uhhhh...yeah. (Then I told him about my race car.) Methinks he just wanted to unload one V6 from the masses of others he had there. I'll grant him that it was peppy, but nowhere near as hot as the RT I have now!

 

I am sure you will be pleased with your choice. I have
no idea about the SXT.....my wife had her eye on the RT
from day one. Being the good husband, you have to play
along. :-)

My Wife got tired of all the attention I was getting when we would go
out shopping. She always kept taking the keys. So the other day she
comes home with the AWD Magnum.
What will the neighbors think?? Now she's happy.

Well, it seems as though I have done a bit better. The dealer couldn't get the RT that I wanted, so I'm getting their fully loaded showcar instead at invoice. Tomorrow afternoon I get my new (loaded) Magnun. I guess I'll be cleaning out the garage tonite...

 

Oh my Gawd! (Say it valley style) Sweet! is the only way I can describe my Magmun. I took my Dad for a little run this evening. He said that it reminds him of his old Nomad but MUCH nicer. Now all I have to do is figure out all the buttons, its a little bit different than my Wrangler. I'm sooo happy....
