Climate control question.
Any else one experience this? After driving for awhile when it's about 20-30 degrees outside with car fully warmed up and the climate controls set at about 72 degrees and on automatic you stop and shut the car off. Get back in 5 minutes later and start it up and go, and the inside keeps getting warmer and warmer untill you are forced to adjust the temp settings. I have the dual climate controls in my RT.
I have no problems with my dual zone heat, but then I don't set it on auto, I prefer the manual fan setting.
Plus it doesn't get that cold here in Florida, we do have a few nights where it dips to 30 degrees, but I wait until it warms up before driving my RT.

I've noticed that the 'auto' settings are quite interesting - sometimes it roars and gets pretty warm, even set to 70-72, other times I have to look to see if it's still on...
I usually do the manual thing too - guess I'm just old-fashioned that way.
I did install the automagic headlight switch which is pretty cool. (good service from that little small-town Georgia dealer, my part had been in 'for a few days' and they never called...)

I have never experienced problems with my Climate Control System. However, I did find it odd that when set in Auto on Low, it will blast the fan. I thought that is what the Auto on High was for... Also, like Florida Bob said, it does not get too cold where I live. 40 - 50 Degrees is freakin' cold weather on the Southern California coast. Never saw my Temp. Gauge below 49 degrees, yet... That was in early December, before the rains and before the 80 degree weather we are having today.
I have read on another thread that a guy was complaining that his dash was "burning" hot with the lights on, but that does not sound like the problem you are describing.
I believe you may have a bad / faulty Temp. Sensor in your dash. Mine is between the A/C Button and the Defrost Button under the Radio.
