I have to replace the passenger side mirror and looks like I will have to remove the door panel. I see one screw behind the door handle and the ones on the bottom. I pulled on the panel and broke off a black plastic plug. Does anyone really know how to do this properly? Bobby in Jax, FLA

 

you have to push the center of those plastic plugs in to release them.
