The ESP BAS fault light is lit.
There are no fault codes (DTC).
How can I trouble shoot this probelm?

 

try to reset the steering sensor by turning the wheel all the way to the left and then the right. drive it around making turns to see if the light goes out. if that doesn't work, you may need a new steering sensor. the dealer can tell for sure.

 

codes for that wont be stored in the pcm there in the esp module aftermarke scaners wont normaly pull those codes
