Sunroof Acting Up
The sunroof on my RT has been acting strange. It's been going on for a while but is happening more often now.
When I push the close button, the sunroof will close completely then open back up immediately.
This is happening on flat surfaces at a dead stop as well as any other possible situation.
Any ideas?

Mine has the exact same symtom. It is only happening when I have my roof opened in the "lifted-cracked" position (the middle push button switch).
When I try to close it, it goes closed but then returns back to the lifted-cracked position.
It has'nt happened lately and usually after 2 or 3 attempts it will close.
You are the first person that I have seen to bring this up on the forum.
My RT is from the Aug 2004 production line. How about yours?
Let us know what happens and I'll do the same when I go and get it checked out.

Not completely sure when it was made. Had to have been fairly early in production though.
Of course, after I posted I don't think it has happened again. Going for service at the end of the month, so maybe I'll get some answers!

My 2006 RT does the same thing. When it is in the vent position and then I try and close it, it closes and then immediately opens all the way. It does this 2-3 times before it will stay closed. I will be watching for any comments on what could be the problem. Thanks
Hey Zuni Girl, don't hold your breath. I too have been wondering if this is more common than just the 3 of us. It would appear it is not.
The other problem is that my dealership refuses to correct my other "intermittant" window problem unless they can witness the problem for themselves. I can fully understand their position on things like that but non the less it is very frustrating.
Hopefully others who have had this problem can post their inputs or some sort of resolution.
Thanks for your input on this thread.
