OK, after some thought, (not much) I have come up with the following conclusion on the RT vs. R/T issue.
We have an RT, due to the Cylinder Deactivation. The Charger does not have Cylinder Deactivation, neither do the Hemi Trucks. Maybe the "Slash" was taken out due not being 100% Road & Track, but Road & Track & Some Fuel Economy.

The Charger in this complimentry [icture is a 5.7 R/T. The 6.1L SRT has not been shown yet, so the guess is A VERY GOOD one I don't know what to say. Maybe Chrsyler just doens't know what they are doing. I remeber Redreiderbob saying a long time ago that he heard Dodge was phasing out the R/T's and just making them all RT's. The looks of it show that it is not the case. I think they might have rushed things and now don't know what to call it. that is for sure a 5.7 though in the picture with MDS.
Anyone other than me outraged with how low the paint quality is on all CHrysler's and DOdges with the Orange Peel? They look repainted or like to much paint was applied at the facotry and didn't dryed with ripples. WHo agrees they pain is not what it could be?

I have a small paint chip on the hood of my RT....from what I can see....there wasn't too much paint
applied at the factory. Yeah I noticed the orange peel right away. Right now the roof of my car
is best looking section, since it was repainted when the sunroof area was repainted.
