Default Check Engine/Ignition Problem

I just replaced the #3 ignition coil on my 3.5 awd, now im getting an Ignition Sub-system C,D,F code, any idea what that is?? Mopar said it was nothing, reset the computer, but the light came back on. did the key dance, 2317 is what came up

Code 2317 is ignition coil#6 secondary circuit insufficient ionization. Could be spark plug, coil pack, wiring or PCM. Why did you replace the coil on number 3? Maybe the coil pack you took off, install it on number 6.

the casing for the #3 ignition coil was busted so it wouldn't stay in the hole, i changed out all the plugs. I made sure that the coils i took out went back into the respective cylinders. is it possible that the gap on the plug #6 doesn't match the rest? or maybe the injector isn't spraying correctly?

I put the factory plugs back in, as dirty as they are, the light hasn't come back on, Im pretty sure it was the spark plugs, THANKS!! DONT BUY BOSCH PLUGS
