No, I think that is something else. Maybe warped disk? Do you have wider tires or rims with less offset than stock?
My problem was slow turns, like parking lot manuevers. And changing the oil in the transfer case I suspect will only fix it for a while, the main problem is where the vent is, water gets into the transfer case. The new case they installed on my Magnum has the vent protected inside somewhere where no water can get in. It is a known problem, the dealer got a notice from Chrysler Germany, after the second attempt.

I'm getting my car looked at first thing Monday I've noticed this 'shake' for awhile, thought it was something just with AWD on dry pavement. now after reading all posts on this I'm taking mine in to dealer asap.
