Transmission problem ???
Hello,
I went to a private owned transmission place.
They checked the car with the computer and first told me they couldn't find anything. some other guy found that the front transmission sensor is not working. Because it is a AWD the front transmission could shift different than the back one. When you drive fast it shifts more aggressive and fast for example and the front want is still on "relax mode"
They also found a little leak in the back one.
You can barely feel it, but when you really flunk it you can feel that something is acting up.
What is your advice on this ?
Should i go to an official dealership to get this checked out ?
what would this cost me ? ( fixing leak , sensor , ... )
I will be driving around USA soon and traveling 12 000 miles " just a detail"
