I was just messing with you. I didn't mean to offend you in any way. I just thought I saw you shift with your right hand. Its your ride, not mine. I haven't ever tried brake torquing my. Do you see any improvement in the off line jump? I used to do that in my S10 all the time. I burnt up a set of tires at the strip doing it so much. Do they make something for these 3.5L that will help in the off line jump? I have been pretty disgusted with the aftermarket goodies for these motors. Maybe they will do some more bolt-ons with the intro of the Charger. Sorry again if I offended you, I can be straightfoward at times. I guess thats what make me a good manager (hahaha).

No offense taken. I was just tired and sorry the reply sounded harsh. Actually what looked like me shifting was my hand falling off the shifter. I still rest my hand on it from 20+ years of driving manuals. Hard to teach this old dawg a new trick hahaha. Because these 3.5L are high revers, I do feel like there is an advantage to the brake torque. One thing about these engines also is they are high compression 10.1:1, which leaves out superchargers for a choice while keeping to drivable. Im in the Air Force and lots of the younger guys have the F&F imports with the nitrous setups. Too bad there isnt a way to temp add wet nitrous setup just to see the difference. With the 90hp diffference between us and the 5.7Ls, a 100 shot would be fun especially weighing 229# less. I have posted previously a turbo setup that puts the turbo in the exhaust under the car and not in the engine compartment. Lots of piping. Again no offense taken, I understand about the manager thing, Im an E6 and have 16 guys that I am in charger of.

First off, Id like to say "hello" to everyone, im new to the forum.. I've spent a few years on other forums with my other cars and decided to join this one also. I have the straight pipes with the flowmaster system, and I've got to say, even though it sounds pretty good, the drone at hiway speeds drives me outta my mind. I have exhaust systems on my other cars, and this by FAR is the loudest thing i've had, Even louder than my z28 when the exhaust pipes broke off b4 the cats. I should have added resonators. 2 late now!

With a Hemi, straight pipe sounds great!... unless you're inside the cabin. Then you're screwed. Been there and done that. I wrote it all up here:

Still need to take some better pics with my final-final system in place.
