Default Can't help but smile

Just made a four hour road trip and it does not matter how many times it happens but every time someone turns and watches as you drive by in a Mag, I cannot help but smile to myself as they stare. There is nothing close to it on the road. I like it more and more everytime I drive it.

If anyone knows of any car events down San Antonio way post something. Would like to get with other Mag owners and share ideas and the such.

Hey I'm in SA too..

I took a trip to missouri back in november... And yup, tons of people staring. Although it got a bit aggrivating in Dallas rush hour traffic when people would slow down to look. I felt like that office supply company commercial with all the cars going real slow around the truck.. heheh

Unfortunately I don't know of any car events down here though... Used to be a ton on fridays, but they've all seemed to taper off.

I think there is an informal one getting back together where Harper's used to be on Austin Highway.

And of course there's the 'things' that go on at the Pigstand, but I don't think a magnum would fit in that crowd, unless it had hydraulics maybe

Only thing I've done to mine except the stereo is remove the rear emblems (sxt and magnum)... I want to do more.. but it's just so damn nice the way it is now I can't think of much to do to it

You have just been victimized by the "Naked Lady" syndrone ahahahaha. Last yeah I had a lady literally jump infront of the car as I was driving in front of the grocery store. As I was about to holler "What the H*ll". She holler "OMG what is that, I love it!" She was lucky the ABS kicked in ha.

Harper's? Is that up off 35 by the Gunn auto center? i heard they have a impromtu show up there on Friday's and had forgot about it until you mentioned harpers. I left the SXT and Magnum, but I did get rid of the "Fiesta" dodge junk. If the one off 35 is not Harper's I will find out what it is and send a post once i get back into town.

Harpers is/was on Austin highway. From the north, take i-35 south to the first 410 exit, and stay on the right hand lane, it exits to austin higway. several miles down on the left, past the lowes.

Not sure of one by gunn. I live right near there. They had one in The Forum shopping center which is further north past 1604, but someone complained (even though the parking lot they were using was empty, no stores near it) and it's been shut down for several months.

I got my magnum from gunn dodge, and got it literally right off the truck. It still had the white protective sheets on it when the salesman showed it to me, so no gunn stuff except a license plate bracket.
