I just got this Magnum from an auction yesterday. Its got some major problems. All the Idiot lights are on. The only guage that works is the fuel guage. Its a SXT with a 3.5. It will start and idle but when you press the pedal it only revs a few rpms. wont go over 30 mph. The trottle body is new and the local dealer installed a PCM a month ago. Ive checked all the fuses. I noticed the odometer isnt moving either. I tried pulling codes but my scanner cant connect to the computer. Ive never had a problem quite like this. I hate all this fly by wire junk. Never had one worked correctly.

If all the lights are on, won't accelerate, and other issues, sounds like the dealer didn't program it correctly.

Everything in that car is tied to the PCM. If it's not ptogrammed correctly, it won't work correctly.

If it was just one issue, that would be a different story, but the first thing I would do would get it to a dodge dealer and make sure the PCM was installed and programmed correctly.
