Spare Magnum Key
I always like to carry a spare key in my wallet, in case I lock my car keys in the car. The Magnum key has a computer chip in it and these keys are not cheap, plus it won't fit too well in your wallet.
Went to our local key shop (it is a good one - well stocked) and asked if I could get just a regular flat key for the door lock, in case I locked my keys in the car. Locksmith whips out this manual and asks me what kind of car and what year. I reply a 2005 Dodge Magnum and he takes my car key and cuts me a flat key for my wallet. Sweet!
It won't start the car, but it unlocks the door. Cost me $3.50.
Well worth the peace of mind.

Magnum RT,
Cool, thanks for the information. I'm allergic to using a manual key in the door. I love the Remote Unlock Technology. Can't wait for the Key Hole at the Drivers side to disappear in the near future... Less areas for A******* to stick stuff... Both doors of my '88 Dodge Dakota 4' x 4' are really messed up, due to a screw driver and the key barely works anymore.
I want to see the REAL Mercedes Technology put in these cars, and have a Push Button for the Starter... The car automatically unlocks when you get within 30 Feet or so, then automatically locks after you've walked away for 30 Feet or so... Just carry the 'Speed Pass' transmitter with you, no more dangling Keys to scratch up the Dash. Still waiting...
