Post warm engine tapping noise?

05 magnum 2.7 L

I start my magnum and there is a slight "winding" noise that seems odd. There is also a "tapping or slight knocking" noise while @ idle after the engine had run for a lil while. Seems loudest near engine. I have read of lifters.. injectors.. etc. It is too loud to ignore and want to repair it soon. I got the oil changed and the sound had disappeared for a week now it has returned. Should I try to putting an additive in the oil? any advice? i need it greatly. I just don't know of a great auto tech here and dont want to get fu*ked lol.

It's clearly the lifters that are worn these are hydrolic and they're probably cloged simply replace them, it should be a very easy procedure to fix them.

Mine started the same noise but a clearly lower level and since I've switch to synthetic oil the noise stoped
