Default SRT-8 gas mileage vs the RT?

Did a search and couldn't find the published gas mileage for the SRT-8. How bad is it? Thanks!

[] I hope that's in town? Surely highway mileage is more like 15 or better?

In the September Motor Trend, there is a Magnum SRT8 comparo against the E55 AMG Merc....they say EPA is 14/19 with an (est) after it, so I guess they were not told either. They averaged 13.8 MPG for the test, the Merc got 13.0. I'm sure they were going for top fuel economy....hahahaha.

By the way, the AMG is heaver and faster (469 HP), a full second faster to 60 and almost 2 seconds faster to 100. But it's price as tested was $96,565...holy moly....way over double the SRT8's price, and nowhere near as cool.

Thanks! I'm trying really hard to talk myself OUT of an SRT-8 and into a RWD R/T... Gas mileage and price are the big factors, obviously, but compared to the ultimate, bitch'inest new *family* car on the road, that's not much. [&o]
