07 Magnum SXT 3.5L Knocking

I suspect I have a lifter knocking. 140K miles. Car has plenty of oil. On start up there is a minute knock, which subsides when it warms up. I have noticed here lately its not subsiding when the vehicle warms up. Is there a test I can do to determine IF its a lifter knocking and if it is, which one??
