Question Multiple MIL codes: P0335, P0330, P1411, etc.

Dear Magnum Gurus - I have an issue that continues to baffle me. My 2005 Dodge Magnum R/T RWD (w/ ~96K miles) set the MIL light a couple of weeks ago (and starting running bad; hesitation, sometimes hard to crank, engine died once in a while) and the code indicated a bad crankshaft position sensor. I replaced the crankshaft position sensor and it ran better; for a time (a day or so). Then it set the code for the knock sensor (passenger side). I replaced the knock sensor and reset the codes. It ran OK for short time then the symptoms noted above returned (stalling, loss of power, etc.) and it set the MIL light indicating that codes for both the crankshaft position sensor and the (same) knock sensor. Since I had replaced both of these already I figured I'd replace the camshaft sensor too (even though I had no codes indicating the camshaft sensor). After replacing the camshaft sensor 2 days ago it ran great; smooth, plenty of power, no hesitation, etc. That is until this morning. It's now stalling (while driving down the road), hesitating noticeably (at both idle and during mild acceleration) and the MIL and ESP/BAS lights are on (with the MIL light flashing and dinging). I pulled the codes and there were 8 of them:

P0330 - cylinder misfire (x3)
P0335 - crankshaft sensor
P1411
P1414
P1416
P1417 - all MDS related

So I am running out of ideas. All I can think is I bad timing chain (tensioner) or maybe a bad battery or alternator? Any ideas?

Could be chain/tensioner but, in reviewing the codes in the service manual, the one common possible cause listed for all of your codes was a bad PCM.
