I was wondering, if you swap out the instrument cluster, do you HAVE to have it reprogrammed in order to drive? I know that, legally speaking, I would have to disclose the odometer discrepancy if I were to sell it, but the question is basically Will I still be able to drive my car if I swap out my broken cluster for a used one off ebay or whatever.
