After the stereo install, the headliner had a rattle/squeak coming from the over head box. To remove the box, pull down on the rearward part of it, it is held in by push fasteners. Then pull the box reward and the front will come loose. Disconnect the wiring. What you see in the pic is the roof side of the plastic piece that is mounted with 3 screws: 1 screw to the roof and 1 screw each of the visor clips(the outside screw holes). The box used push fasteners into this piece. There are 3 foam stickers on it. I took one and move it to the middle of the other two. Then I tool a paper towel folded it up and cover it with dusct tape and taped it the the part that is closest to the windshield when assebled. TAADAA! no more squeak! I was going to run a bead of silicon between the plastic and the roof, but my silicone was hard as a rock. When it gets warmer this spring, I will do it.
