ESP and BAS light on after dealership
Scroll down to Anyway part if you want to get jist of what I am saying.
So I had a tire leak in one of my wheels. At first they thought it was the bolt not being tightened after they but on a new wheel at the dealership.
Lets just say I had to bring the car back 3 times until they figured out it was the tire pressure monitor that was cracked..
They also fixed a air bag recall on the 1st time In brought in the car.
"Eletronic ignition recall part still shipping out"
Anyway: Was having tire issues with front passanger tire leak. Brought it into the dealership now my ESP/BAS light has been constantly on. This a big issue? Can I fix it my self? What exactly dose it mean? Can they be held liable?

There is a provision in the airbag recall that allows for clockspring replacement. I've run into this after the recall 2 times so far. The clockspring has cheap plastic "windows" in it that the steering angle sensor uses to read steering wheel position. On older cars, tampering with the steering column can make the clockspring shift a little. No big deal.
