I have a cousin who worked for Chrysler his entire career and still has contacts in FCA. He tells me that FCA is considering bring back the Magnum model for 2019 or 2020. Does anyone have any news about this????

Thanks for the piece, but this was not news at a bar. This guy called my cousin up because I am one of those rabid Magnum fans who has told everyone including dealers that the Journey was a sorry replacement for the Magnum, which has been borne out in the bad reviews from Consumer Reports as well as terrible sales numbers. The Magnum was just a variation of the 300 and Charger which was brought closer when FCA moved 300 and Charger to 120 inch wheelbase. I have also reached out to a few contacts I have in Detroit Auto media to see what they say. Thanks again.

 

Nothing sorry about the Journey. We have had 2 of them. No problems at all.
