AC fan speed control plug melting??
Hello to all.
I have a 05 magnum SE 2.7. I have had this problem for a couple months now. the AC blower speed control unit has been melting, along witht he plug that goes into the controller also melting but only 1 terminal. I have replaced the controller 3 times already and not the plug is melted. the speed control still works fully but now, for some reason the compressor will not kick in. I know that its related to the plug because when I unplug the controller, move the terminal around a bit and plug it back in. it will work, but for only a short time.
I can not find a wiring diagram anywhere for this either. So anyone have any idea of why this is happening? I live in Florida so AC is an absolute must :|
please and thank you
only 1 terminal melting

This is the terminal that is connected to the melted terminal
