Default 2005 Magnum SXT will not move and in park car rolls. P0733 P0734 Nag1 HELP!

What's up everyone. This is a stumper for me. My wife has a 2005 dodge magnum SXT AWD with 164,000. Serviced the tranny at 98,000. About two weeks ago she was driving and pulled up to a red light. When she went to pull out the car would not move. Brought it home on the trailer and pulled the codes. P0734 4th gear ratio. The Nag1 transmission fluid is good. When i put it up on the lift both drive shafts turned by hand. I pulled the transfer case off and the tranny was in park but the transfer case is spinning free. Pulled it apart and found nothing wrong with it. Put everything back together. Only thing i found was the transmission plug had some fluid in it so i cleans the plug and put it back in. Filled the transfer case. Checked the fluid again with the chart for temp. Car ran and drove great for two days. On my way home from work today i was on the intestate doing about 65 and heard a chime. Then lost all forward gears. Costed to the side. Pulled the codes and had a P0733 and P734. No forward or revs. Would not shift into the manual side of the shifter. 'Slap stick gears' My buddy picked me up with the roll back. When we went to unload it the car rolled back off the rollback while still in park. The park paw was not holding it from rolling. After we unloaded i started it up and put it into gear. The tranny seams to be in gear but doesn't move. I looking under the car and the front drive shaft is spinning. Its like the front differential isn't working. It has no fluid loss. Filled the front diff when i checked the fluids two days ago. Cv joints are tight and in place. I'm lost. I thought it was the transfer case but why is the front axle not pulling it when the drive shaft is spinning. Also nothing changes with the wheel turned either direction. Hear no other noise then a chime when it lost the gears. Any ideas? Im about to just start pulling and put a used Nag1 and transfer case in but i don't think that's it. Im not sure why the rear drive shaft isn't spinning. No park and why is the front spinning. Thanks to all.

update:
I put my Magnum up on the lift tonight. I pushed it on the lift while it was still in park. No parking paw engaged. Once it was in the air. I looked at the front two axle shaft to see if they where seated in the front differential. They looked seated. I then rotated the drivers side front wheel by hand. When I did the motor jerked towards the drivers side about a inch like it was been pushed over to the passenger side and came back to rest where it should be. Once this happened I lowered the car started the engine and it went right into gear when I put it into drive. Front and rear drive shafts turned, wheels where spinning. It shifted right up through the gear. " I did try slapping thought the gears but it would only stay in drive". Might be because the wheels where in the air spinning. Also before I put it on the lift I tried turning the wheel left and right while it was in drive. I could hear the drive shaft spinning but it would not move. Even tried pushing the ESP button. Car would still not move till after it jerked to the left when I spun the wheel.
My questions are:
Was the axle shaft out of the spin and if it was why was no oil leaking from the seal?
What caused it to bind up and pull out if this is the case?
Last why was the front drive shaft spinning and the rear did nothing? Shouldn't is have driving the car if its AWD?

What am I missing here? Thank you for any help you can give me on this screwed up mess.
