Default DVD System

I have a 05 Magnum. The current cd player is a factory 6 disk with bose speakers. I would like to upgrade to the factory dvd/gps/cd player. What all would i need to do to accomplish that? Is the wiring for the antenna the same or is there a special antenna?

The GPS navigation subsystem will require it's own GPS receiver. If it's not supplied with the factory DVD/GPS in dash system, you'll need to purchase the GPS antenna and install it.

I just installed the upgrade gps/6 cd/am/fm. Very easy once I purchased the Bezel for my 06 Ram 2500. The GPS antenna came with the unit and is mounted behind the unit and on the underneath side of the plastic dash. It sees the satellites instantly and is way cool. The whole installation proceedure took about 15 min or so.

Good luck.
