CLEAR COAT FLAKING OFF

RE: CLEAR COAT FLAKING OFF
If you do sue for damages, name both the dealer and the shop as 'co-defendants ' Some possibilities would be to take a reciept from a good shop and try to recover cash damages in court. Its also possible the court may just order them to 'redo' it again right...and we know how that will go already In the same situation, id probably just eat the repair and never go to that dealer again and make it known to others. Then send some nasty professional letters to that dealer and Chrysler. Another idea is to contact a local news stations ' on your side ' investigator and broadcast your story in the evening news. Dealer may not like local news showing their selling cars they wreck as new and the shop doing their body work is shoddy.
