brand new magnum in service already!!!
Tell them you need a loaner. All dealers have rental cars, so shouldnt be a problem. This is one reason I like to finance a car thru the same company (Chrysler in my case). I can just stop payments till they fix it.
They gave us a loaner, that's a given. If they didn't I'd be pretty fired up. But still, on the idea of not paying, can't do nothing about that because they will just put a bad mark on your credit. Good idea though. Maybe I can ask them to make the first payment do until after I get it back.
Thats true. Im a little different in that Im lucky enough to make all my purchases without financing any. They can put a mark against you in your credit report, but thats a useless point in my case. I only finance a new car so I have a little clout over them. You can always put comment in your credit report too stating why the payment was delayed (that would be failing to resolve a repair issue).
I also agree with trying to find another dealer. That sometimes is a problem because they want you to go to the selling dealer unless another is like 50 miles closer to you. Good luck.

The seal and seals the tranny fill tube to the transmission allows moisture to get in, thus getting water in the tranny, and into the torque converter causing shuddering, bad shifts, stalling.
So we finally get our brand new car back, Just as I suspected the insides armrest is all oily and greasy, there's greasy finger prints on the inside of the b pillar, looks like they just shammied it off with all the dirt on it, so now there is swirls all over the hood and top of the car.
Also now there is a metallic rattling noise coming from in my opinion the cat, So I took it back just about the noise, and they tried to tell me it is normal.
Now to give you guys a little history on me, I'm a 10 year certified autobody tech, and am now a collision estimater, so I have been around cars in and out. The dealer I bought this piece of **** from is the dealer that we do their body work for, so we get all the new dodges, chargers, magnums everything. so when they told me this is a normal sound, I had already checked the 5 other magnums and chargers we currently have in our shop for body work. So that just tells me, that they are trying to bull **** me, on top of that, I've had everyone that I have been dealing with almost, come and try to get me to give them a gold star when the survey calls. I mean what nerve of these people, it's like, the hell with the guy who just spent the 40 thousand dollars on a brand new car and has only had it one night, We just want a good survey! WTF is up with these people.

Sorry, I wasn't clear on my "O" ring question, I looked all over for a TSB and couldn't find one so I can talk to my dealer the next time I'm in. Is there a number or location that this TSB can be found? Thank you
