I have a 07magnum and I just baught it now it has just metal keys and battery went dead and now it starts and shuts off security lite is flashing how can I by pass the not haveing chiped key so it will ll stay running

Once a PCM has been initialized with SKIM/SKREEM (the security module) it's locked to it and it can't be disabled. In the newer CAN bus vehicles (which you have) the SKREEM not only handles anti-theft but is also the wireless module. In short, you need to get the proper keys if you wanna drive it.
